Ionized Foot Bath
Thirty quiet minutes with your feet in warm, gently ionized mineral water. It's one of the easiest ways to unwind at the center — and it stacks perfectly with hydrogen cloud, sauna, or a BEMER session.
Warm water plus a calm, seated 30 minutes — a genuine nervous-system down-shift.
Warmth in the feet and lower legs encourages blood flow after long days on your feet.
A gentle complement to hydration, sweat, and the body's own elimination routines.
Clients often report lighter, less achy feet and ankles afterward.
No needles, no heat stress, no recovery — sit back, read, or listen to a frequency session.
Pair it with hydrogen cloud, infrared sauna, red light, or a BEMER mat session in one visit.
You soak your feet in warm salted water while a small array runs a gentle low-voltage current through it, splitting water molecules into positively and negatively charged ions. Most clients describe it as a warm, deeply relaxing 30-minute soak.
Comfortable and calming — like a warm footbath. You should never feel a shock or sting. The water often changes color as the array oxidizes; that reflects the array, minerals, and water chemistry, not toxins leaving the body.
Sessions run about 30 minutes. Once or twice a week is typical, and many clients pair the foot bath with hydrogen cloud, sauna, or a BEMER session in the same visit.
Skip the foot bath if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device, have open wounds on the feet, or are an organ-transplant recipient. Check with your provider if you have diabetes or a seizure disorder.
